Ok, Ronan will survive and so will the rest of the key players. However, there will be some interesting developments. The replicators will be back under the guidance of Weir, or the Weir clone I should say.

After eleven years on the Stargate franchise, actress Amanda Tapping ("Samantha Carter") will leave her role as a regular cast member on Stargate Atlantis to pursue her own show this year. Sanctuary begins filming 13 episodes for SCI FI Channel in March. Richard Woolsey takes command of Atlantis. Jewel Staite will become a key actor as well.

The way it looks now Weir will make one more show and then she will drop out for good.
